Sometimes in your daily routine, when you encounter a small thing which compels you to think twice on it..... That little part of your life can never be erased from your subconscious mind.
I am not sure that it changes your life or your perception, but it definitely adds an unusual experience in your long list of different experiences which you want to share whenever get chance.
And now…..i want to share one of my most interesting experiences which has definitely changed my perception.....
When i started staring at them, i don’t know.....but i stopped it when she smiled to me .I was travelling from Kurla to Nerul in local train as a part of my daily routine .I think, i heard a lot of laughing which drew my attention to them. There were a bunch of ladies sitting before me. Perhaps, one of them was telling some funny story to her friends .I tried to understand her story because there was nothing else more interesting to do in that train apart from somehow adjusting myself on the fourth seat which i luckily got at Chembur station .May be some time after that, i started staring at those ladies as i was unable to understand their gossips. They were communicating in sign language. I was amazed how beautifully and comfortably they were talking to each other .I got an urge to understand that language and i was watching them continuously and very carefully.Suddenly, one of them noticed me and smiled .Obviouslly, she understood what i was trying to do because of her amazing ability to read facial expressions & body languages and i just saw how good they all were in that ability. I snapped at her pitiful smile. That time, i really felt handicapped. Then i realized: ‘Though till now, i felt them to be unlucky that they were unable to speak, but somehow I was also unable to communicate like them .It’s just people like me are more in this world than people like them’ .That moment, i thanked God that I am like the larger lot of people.
Really, its all about Numbers…………………………………..
